ordered new roof bars complete with a roller for my defender from Van Roof Racks, Van Roof Bars, Van Racks, Van Racking - Trukrax on thursday morning,paid extra for next day delivery i need them fitted for monday,got to get the big ladder to a job,the wife stayed in all day come 5 pm she rang them the tossers have not sent the order i wont get it till tuesday,boiling with the incompetent ****s,they will be refunding the 15 quid i paid to get it next day,i have bought my last 3 roof rcks from them there heavy duty galvinised jobs and my pipe tube brackets will bolt strait on to them

Its crap ain't it.

I ordered a suit from allsaints and paid for next day and it never came. Fortunately they have a shop in town and I was able to buy it in time, but its not the point.

When I spoke to allsaints they said it was the delivery firms (ups, I think) cock up. They gave me my ones back and 20% off my next order.

I got what I needed in the end and more importantly I got it in time, but it was more the inconvenience that annoyed me.

No, a christening.

They had a navy blue suit that I wanted, but they never had my size in the jacket.

To be honest I never wear suits that often, I've got three suits now and they'll probably do me for the rest of my life 🙂

I had to by my first suit a couple of weeks back for a wedding, it pained me to pay for summat im only gonna wear twice!
