Read a few of his books, very good. Rats, The Fog, Survivor etc.

I liked them although reading rats makes me nervous when your face to face with one in a loft.

Here are some more pics as was back there today. Turbs out the flexi disappeared through the wall and in to an in screed 110 coupler that was below the kick space of the kitchen the bathroom backs on to. Suffice to say the kick space boards acted as a dam and created a lake of sewage! Fortunately as the property had been vacant a while most of it had dried up and didnt smell too bad but I still wasnt touching any of it. the new owners said it explained why the previous owners were in such a rush to sell.
